PRODUCT DETAILS: Our originally created tutu products are made after they are ordered to ensure they meet your specifications. We use premium quality materials to sew each of our items. All trims are sewn to our bags to ensure durability and quality; no glues. We heat seal our ribbons to prevent fraying.
SHIPPING LOCATION:
We ship within the USA only.
SHIPPING METHOD:
We determine the best shipping method for your order based upon the weight and size of your order. We will make every effort to get your product to you as soon as possible. You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
SHIPPING TIME:
Because all of our items are hand crafted with exceptional detail, your order will ship out in 5-7 business days. If you need it sooner, email us about rush order options.
***Party favor tutu bag orders: If you are ordering party favor bags please note your party date when ordering. Generally, orders less than 50 bags will ship out in 5-7 business days; 51-150 bags will ship out in approximately 2 weeks; orders larger than 150 will email for delivery deadline. If you have a special date request, please email us with your request PRIOR to placing your order. Rush orders are accepted on a limited basis.
PAYMENT METHODS:
All payments are processed thru Paypal's secure server. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or your personal Paypal account. You are not required to have a Paypal account to order from our store.
RETURN POLICY:
Our goal is 100% satisfaction.
*Customized Items & Monogrammed Items are nonrefundable; unless we made the error.
If you have a problem with your order please contact us within 2 business days of delivery of your order.
PRODUCT WARNING:
The hair products and clothing accessories in our store are NOT toys. The products are intended to be worn and/or for decoration only, not for children to play. WARNING: Choking hazard, may contain small parts. Adult supervision recommended.
